Return and refund policy

 

3-Day Open-Box Item Return Policy

 

This policy applies only to items sold as "Open-Box," "Used," or "Refurbished."

 

1. Return Window

 

You have three (3) calendar days from the date the delivery courier confirms the item was delivered to your address to initiate a return request.

  • Delivery Date: Day 0

  • Return Deadline: End of Day 3

 

2. Eligibility and Conditions for Return

 

To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return Must Be Initiated Within 3 Days: The return request must be submitted via our official process (e.g., website portal, email to customer service) within the 3-day window.

  2. Mandatory Open-Box Video Evidence: You must provide a continuous, unedited video recording that clearly shows the process of opening the package for the first time. This video is the primary evidence for any claims and is non-negotiable for a return acceptance.

    • The video must clearly show:

      • The shipping label and tracking number on the exterior of the sealed package.

      • The package being completely sealed and undamaged before opening.

      • The entire process of opening the package.

      • The contents of the package, including all accessories, manuals, and the item itself.

      • Any alleged damage, defect, or missing component immediately upon inspection after removal from the box.

  3. Condition of Item: The item must be returned in the exact same condition as received, including all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories that were included in the open-box contents.

    • Any new physical damage, excessive wear and tear, internal modifications, or signs of misuse by the customer will void the return policy and result in the return being rejected.

  4. Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for the following reasons only:

    • Item is Dead On Arrival (DOA) or is non-functional.

    • Significant physical damage that was not listed in the original product description.

    • Missing components that were explicitly listed as included in the open-box product description.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items returned without the mandatory Open-Box Video.

  • Items where the original manufacturer seals or warranty stickers (if applicable) have been tampered with or removed.

  • Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incompatibility with customer-owned equipment (it is the customer’s responsibility to check compatibility before purchase).

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that were noted in the original open-box product description or images.

 

4. Refund Process

 

  1. Once the return request is initiated, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  2. The customer is responsible for safely packaging the item and shipping it back to us within two (2) business days of receiving the RMA number.

  3. Upon receiving the returned item, our Quality Control team will inspect it and verify the condition against the customer's Open-Box Video and our pre-shipment records.

  4. If the return is approved, a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs and any potential restocking fee, if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within [X] business days.

  5. If the return is rejected (e.g., failure to provide video, new damage, missing parts), the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

 

5. Restocking Fee

 

A restocking fee of [Insert Percentage, e.g., 10%] of the purchase price may be applied if the item is returned for reasons other than a verifiable defect shown in the Open-Box Video, or if essential packaging or non-core accessories are missing.
